Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The oceanfront king room I stayed in was a bit cramped, but the service was polite and helpful. The location was superb, and the dining overlooking the Pacific was wonderful. However, the room size was disappointing considering the high parking fee, and the facilities could use some improvement.
The hotel had a wonderful view from the rooms, which were made up earlier in the day. However, the experience was marred by high noise levels from delivery trucks waking us up at about 6:00 AM. The price of the villa rooms at $450/night was steep, but the location was perfect overlooking the water.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautifully updated with a chic and current style while still maintaining their original charm. Although they were small and minimal, they had a better view, which made them feel cozy and delightful. The service was exceptional, as the staff were as helpful and supportive as my own family and friends. The location was amazing, with everything within walking distance, however, it could use a little spiffing up. The dining experience was included and delightful, offering a beautiful view over the Pacific and the wonderful beach. Overall, a great experience with a few minor areas to consider for improvement.
